I was from out of town and me service light came on. I had tried to get my vehicle serviced at a Toyota in Phoenix, but they were not very accommodating. When I go to El Paso I called Dick Poe and was told to go right in without an appointment. I was taken care of immediately when I arrived and the gentleman I worked with was professional. Too bad Dick Poe is not in Austin. Thank You
