This was THE WORST mani/pedi I have ever gotten!!!
I made an appointment a week earlier than when I went. First off, I paid the parking because they don't tell you that you don't have to until you get to the front door.
I get inside and I wait over 15 minutes, even though I had an appointment. I had the $25 Groupon and I had read great reviews so I was excited to maybe find a new nail place.
When I eventually was sat, I was just left in a chair for 15 minutes unattended. Then a lady finally came by and put water into the foot tub...and then I sat again....for 25 minutes. They were so understaffed it was ridiculous. My feet were pruny by the time someone came over to take care of me. The lady I was given was terrible. She only massaged one leg and she barely filed or shaped my toenails. She painted all over my toe skin and missed part of the actual nail. My mani was even worse. She didn't file my nails or even trim the cuticles....and she got paint everywhere. When she asked ""It ok?"" I said ""no! this isn't ok at all""...she just kept saying it would be better after the second coat...it wasn't...
I ended up having to take all the polish off when I got home and re-file and paint my nails...I was furious...
I get uncomfortable being rude, so I didn't say anything...and I wish I would have. I ended up spending over $40 after parking, the up charge for callous removal (ridiculous because most places do it for free) and tip.
Such a waste of money and such a horrible establishment. NEVER EVER GOING BACK!!!
And they were really dirty too...My pumice stone didn't even look washed and the girls around me were all disgusted with their dirty foot tubs...no wonder they were on groupon....
