Contracted with them for a large landsacaping and flagstone patio job. They are administratively very dissorganized, which more than negates any of their strengths. They originally began installing the wrong color stones due to poor internal communication, and had to rip them up and start over. They incorporated a pergula structure into the flagstone patio. The problem: The pergula has movement which causes the flagstone around it to buckle and crack. They did not stand behind their work to correct this design flaw. While this company has great creativity, thay are too administratively diorganized and do not stand behind their work which makes for a painful experience.
