I first contact Acura of Libertyville along with several other dealers via their website. While all the dealers responded to me eventually, the team at Libertyville (both Andy and Luigi helped me out) came across as being informative without being smarmy -- not so at the other 3 dealers that responded. Even though Acuras are in short supply right now, Libertyville didn't beat me over he head with the fact like the dealer to the west of them. I just picked up my new 2012 TL Advance about 6 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. The price was great, and the service was phenomenal. I'm even planning to attend one of their Technology clinics to get clued in to all the great features of my Navigation system. Thanks Acura Libertyville team!
