My experience with Window Fix in Brooklyn has been horrendous. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and do not know how to run a business. Our first appointment with them was scheduled for 1-5 PM. I called around 2:15 to see what time they'd be arriving, since I took off from work. The lady on the phone said they'd be there shortly. At 4:45 I called back and I was told that our appointment had been switched to tomorrow by the owner of the company. No one thought to call us. We scheduled TWO more appointments and had similar results. We still have yet to see Window Fix.\r

Basically, it boils down to the fact that we live in an apartment house and our management company is paying for our windows to be fixed. Therefore, Window Fi x is giving us the run around because they're going to get paid in the end. They don't care if they don't show up. I would NEVER use this company.
