We worked with Jared D. Paletti in finding our apt and had a great experience! He was super knowledgeable about every apartment building in the Financial District and was not only able to spout of impressive statistics about each one of them, but knew exactly where to go in each building for amenities, leasing office, etc. He was not pushy or aggressive, but clearly very familiar with the neighborhood. He was super flexible and accommodating of our time, and we're stoked to have finally found an apartment for a good deal.
