I was told that I had 15 days from the time I received the package to consider it and cancel, so I agreed to review the package. It was supposed to arrive in 7-10 business days. I tried to call back 3 days later to cancel since I had an emergency surgery for my dog, but they said they couldn't cancel it without the cancel code in my package. I waited for the package; it never arrived and I called after 10 days and asked if it had been sent. They said they would send it priority mail and it would be here in 2-3 days. It did not arrive and I called back. They said they couldn't control the postal service and to give it a few more days. I waited 2 more days and called back. I talked to one of the managers (the second one I'd talked to) and he says that it had been 15 days since I purchased the package and there was nothing he could do but send me a new copy of the package. So, I haven't even seen the vacation I've ""bought"" without being able to cancel.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS YOU ARE ALREADY COMMITTED TO GOING.
