Huge Ripoff 8/24/2011

This is a terrible place, and I'm never going back here again. This is my first car, and I don't know much about car ownership. Still, no one should expect to be ripped off like this. I brought my car here because my tire pressure was off. They pumped one of my tires, and I went back home - on the way there, the tire pressure indicator lit up again. I went back there, they looked at my car again, and said that one of the metal parts on my wheel (forgot the name) had a small crack, where air bubbles were coming out, and that's what was causing the bad tire pressure. They charged me $100 for a replacement part. (They said that even though a part like this is normally $7 or so, my particular model was unique and cost more). I should have left and gone to my car dealer, but like I said I still don't know much about this. Later I did go to my car dealer, and showed them the bad part, trying to see if they could reimburse it (since I still have a warrantly). They said Tire O should have never done what they did, which was to charge me 100 bucks for this part, which the dealer could have replaced free of charge. I was really pissed because I was ripped off $100, which I don't really have. I would advise anyone not to go here. more
