Caroline is WONDERFUL!! Her facials are the best. The last massage I had on the other hand was not top quality for this delightful Spa. I have been going for years and I believe it was just the "woman" I had that did not fill my expectation of a full massage. Past massages that I have had have been wonderful, again, I believe it's whomever you get that can make your experience relaxing and worthwhile.
