I had just moved to the Dallas area and wa in need of a trim and color. I searched the internet and found the "Glow" salon. I ended up with a young gal that had very little people experiance as well as lacked customer service values. She as well told me that I should have made my appointment differant. I was in need of a trim and she commented on my bad last cut. She finally trimed and barely trimmed my hair! I was in the Salon for less than 20 minutes and the cost $60.00 and my hair felt and looked no differant that it did when I went in. I have to say I was very dissapointed as I expected very differant results. I did however tip the gal $5.00 as I felt sorry for her. EAH the gal can not even do a good shampoo job let alone cut.
I have found a Salon Home as I made an appt. and was very well taken care of this weekend. It was sure not "GLOW" I regret going into that Salon bad era all the way around!
