I noticed that the last (and only) review for this location was several years ago so I decided to give a more up-to-date review.
To start almost everything has changed since the last review in 2007. The new staff is very kind and I have not had any issues with them to date. I have lived here for over a year now (renewed my lease in July for another year) The maintenance team is very nice and never bothers you after 6 PM and I can't say I have ever had a maintenance person come in my apartment in swimming trunks. They always ask if everything is okay when I go to pay my rent each month and if I do have an issue it is promptly fixed within a day or two. The landscaping is always maintained, pools clean, and all lighting around the complex works well. There is even "Valet Garbage collection" meaning you just set your trash outside your door and they come and pick it up, no more trips to the compactor. There is also two laundry facilities on site that are very clean, so if you're short on money and have no washer/dryer (as I don't) this is a life saver. As far as car break-ins go I have yet to see a single car get broken into, and no peeping toms.
A lot can change in 4 years and I believe that this may have been the case here. I'm very happy living here and I suggest at least stopping by and having a look for yourself.
