I bought the most amazing Giant Fairy Castle Birthday Cake for my little girl 1st birthday from Hansen's last week. \r

It was an open book cake with a 3d fairy castle stacked on top of the open book.\r

Everything was made out of buttercream not fondant. The cake was very moist and the buttercream to die for.\r

The service was great, delivery on time and the cake was spectacular. It tasted great too! \r
