I sent them some measurements for a wedding tux because I'm out of town. I put CLEARLY in the notes that my card shouldn't be charged because it didn't state ANYWHERE how much the tux was going to cost. They charged me anyway, and now my account is in the red. I hope that they intend on fixing this.
