They 1st said they would match a competitors price but when I called to use them,they reneged. We finally settled when they came down $100.They did a good job taking down a tree and later grinding the stump but instead of some chips they said they would ""mound"" into the hole left from the grinding, we ended up with a pile 8'2"" long x 5'6"" wide x 14"" high. They said it would cost a lot of money for them to remove the excess, so my wife and I filled 12 contractor bags with chips and made 2 trips to the landfill. Not what we were told. Get things in writing.
