Had them remove three large very dead chestnut oaks from my property. They did a great job and were almost three thousand dollars under competing bids from some of the larger regional tree service companies. In the past a lot of the tree service companies that I have had work on my property end up leaving things a wreck. I've had fences destroyed. Debris strewn everywhere. I could not even tell they were here other than the fact that the 3 dead trees that would have crushed either my house or my neighbor's house were gone. more

Horrible Customer Service 4/18/2012

The customer service for this company is terrible. I contracted with them to remove a tree. They cut the tree down and left the trunk cut in 4 very large pieces on my front lawn. When I called to complain they assured me the trunk would be removed on the same day. When I returned from work the tree was still there. When I called the company back, I was told they were gone for the day. No offer to resolve the problem. The reception just put the line on hold and left it there. So much for customer service. I am a repeat customer and I have referred friends and neighbors to this company in this past. Never again. more

Get things in writing 7/14/2011

They 1st said they would match a competitors price but when I called to use them,they reneged. We finally settled when they came down $100.They did a good job taking down a tree and later grinding the stump but instead of some chips they said they would ""mound"" into the hole left from the grinding, we ended up with a pile 8'2"" long x 5'6"" wide x 14"" high. They said it would cost a lot of money for them to remove the excess, so my wife and I filled 12 contractor bags with chips and made 2 trips to the landfill. Not what we were told. Get things in writing. more
