I went to this salon several times and I liked the stylist. She did a good job with the color service I had done. The problem I had is that another client came in late for her appointment making my stylist rush around, thus making me feel rushed. The second time it happened I asked the stylist why wasn't this customer told she had to reschedule and was told that ""She is a business owner & the salon owner wouldn't want to upset her."" SO, it is ok to upset other paying customers by rushing them & making them unhappy? I have not been back & it is a shame.
