BUYERS PLEASE DON'T BE DETERRED BY A HANDFUL OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS: LIKE THE ONE BELOW HER WHO CAME IN 35 MINUTES LATE FOR HER SCHEDULED APPT. ON JULY 1, CLAIMING SHE AND HER HUSBAND WERE STUCK IN TRAFFIC AND DEMANDED 1HOUR SERVICE- this is not fair to our next client, to have to wait.
Please customers, understand that we sold massive amount of vouchers, our spa is very busy, and we promise and have accommodated every single client unless they were: a no-show, arrived late and expected to receive a full service, or tried to schedule their vouchers after the expiration date.
Please buyers, understand that a small handful of SAME PEOPLE are writing bad reviews on every single site. We are very busy, have been in business for longer than 4 years, and have many customer referrals. The staff is not rude, the owner is not rude, we adhere to standard spa policies - and WE ADHERE TO THE GROUPON POLICIES THAT ARE WRITTEN ON EVERY VOUCHER.
