Mezz Spa

On July 6, I used a Groupon for a three hour package deal. I was pleasantly surprised with the services.....a massage, a facial and body scrub. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. They provided raspberry champagne and chocolates (yum!). The only concern I had was that they showed a gratuity fee schedule, which was fine, but the prices for the services listed on the gratuity schedule seemed to be higher than those shown on the website pricing page. I need to pay closer attention to this next time. It's possible the rates have changed and the website has not been updated, or perhaps I am mistaken. I will check more closely. Overall, I was pleased and bought another 3 hour package deal, so I will go back soon. more

I took my mother in law in for a facial, and she did not want to leave! This is my second time here, first was for a massage and then facial later. The location is tucked away in a cute upscale Alpharetta (historic part). It makes you feel like you've escaped for an hour or two away from what lies outside their doors.\r \r 1. The staff is always amazing, attentive, informative, and helpful. For instance, what do I know about getting facials? Uhh....none. They walked me through the different packages, ingredients used, and what to expect within the following days afterwards. I even bought a few of their Pca Skin products upon leaving.\r \r 2. The massages.....the massages. Let's just say they are THIS good. I came in with an epic hangover, and left floating on puffy clouds, refreshed, and ready for another round. Ha! more

There was absolutely phenomenal service through the duration of my experience there. I can't recommend this place enough!! I personally have combination/oily skin that doesn't do well in Georgia weather, but after my facial, my skin has never felt so smooth and balanced, even in this mucky weather! Can't wait to go back there again!\r more

I'm a frequent spa goer, and have had many facials, massages, body scrubs etc., locally, in the US and abroad, and can tell you that Mezz Spa, by far, is one of the best! Amazing service, absolutely heavenly massages, and out of this world facials! This is an intimate setting, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, very clean and nicely decorated...understated elegance. Zo and Alisa, owners of the spa, are both very welcoming and professional. Stacy has the magic touch. Whatever treatment you have from her, you will be in heaven! The results, amazing. The body products they sell in at the front of their boutique are all of high quality, free of harmful ingredients, organic, and powerful! Highly recommended! Ok listen, I have been to and worked in a number of day spas around the world. This one is utterly delightful. From the European decor in the entryway/waiting room to the simple but elegant treatment rooms, Mezz Spa is a notch above the rest. \r \r I had a luxurious massage followed by a Microdermabrasion facial and both were just delicious. I felt like my face was being licked by baby unicorns. No really, it was that gentle. And yet the results were outstanding. I have very sensitive skin, and I had sort of resigned myself to being blotchy and red and pimply after a facial for about a week. NOT the case here. Melissa tended to every pore with the utmost care and delicacy. Her tenderness and efficacy produce visible, immediate results.\r \r The man at the front desk was delightful and I was sent home with a bag of goodies, carefully labeled by Melissa. Pca Skin is my new skincare line and Mezz Spa is my new place for facials!! Can't wait to try the chemical peels. more

Zoe was my first point of contact on the phone when I called for an appointment while I was visiting my sister in Alpharetta. Wow is he ever a soft spoken pleasant gentleman! I was in the neighborhood shopping and decided to pop in for a brochure and he happily greeted me and remembered that I had called earlier. He took the time to ask me what my skin issues were and explained to me that the Oxygen facial is spectacular and really yields great results. Ahhh!! I wish I lived here so I could get the maximum benefits of this treatment. more

Bought massage through LivingSocial and was able to book appointment the next day!\r My masseuse was Stacy and I HIGHLY reccomend her. She was amazing, knew all the spots to hit w/o me even telling her, knew how hard to go w/o making me scream and was quiet and let her hands do all the talking. I left feeling like the whole world had slowed down around me.\r Best massage I've ever hand, seriously! more

I rarely sit down to write a review for a spa, but I just had to do it for this one. I came in for help with a hormonal acne breakout that I could not get to resolve. The staff were caring, comforting, and collaborative. They listened carefully to my skin issues and I felt really understood and in capable hands. I received PCA peel/facial and I can see improvement. I am really excited to progress with the treatment plan they have for me. In terms of integrity, warmth, and genuine concern from the staff I don't think I can do better. I see some of the mixed reviews, and I am shocked because my experience was completely different. Maybe they got overwhelmed in the past when they ran with specials, or they have improved tremendously. Either way, I give them 5 stars for my amazing experience thus far. more

Do yourself a favor and go see them for your next facial or massage. I've been a spa junkie for over 20 years. If a salon is featured in a magazine or highly recommended I try them. Well I just found the spa I been searching for all along and it's Mezz Spa. Even if you're a long time client of another salon break the routine and try Melissa. You won't know what your missing until you do! I rarely take the time to write reviews but places like this deserve the recognition. more

My friend and I have been to this spa 2 times already and we both had their three hours packages. I cannot say enough how great our experience has been each time. Everyone has been amazingly friendly and helpful. We truly enjoy it each time. We are scheduled to go back in July, and I can hardly wait. My experience with Mezz Spa was perhaps the most disappointing of all spas services that I have had in my life and I tend to be a spa junkie. I bought a spa package on Groupon and really feel that the owner/staff was resentful that I was using a Groupon. First, the service was incredibly rude, unprofessional and disorganized. This is not a spa like atmosphere at all. There are no dressing rooms, only a bathroom/supply closet and your are given a duffle bag to carry you belongings around. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes past my appointment time thus received a partial massage although I had arrived early. Next, on to the facial. When I made the appointment, I requested a regular facial. The woman performing the service insisted that I requested a dermabrasion and then proceeded to argue with me and told me that was what she was going to do anyway. She really did nothing more than spray water on my face and use a hand machine that did nothing but to move the water around which was running down my chest. I was also supposed to receive a paraffin wax dip that day, bit was told that was not included even though it was on the Groupon. At that point, I was so ready to leave there, I hardly had the energy to care. This was the only time in my life that I left a spa feeling more stressed than when I walked in the door. more

Oh where do I begin....I went to Mezz with my friend and we did their 3.5 hrs of pampering, and it was heavenly to say the least. The staff is very knowledgeable and everyone was nice. They made us feel extra special and we'll definitely be back. Thank you Mezz. more

From the moment you walk in to Mezz Spa, you feel welcome:) The massage was great, the aromas take over the room and is very relaxing. The entire place is beautiful, serene, and polished. It smells lovely and the lighting is just perfect. Honestly, everything was just perfect. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Mezz Spa. Very nice and professional staff, the location is great and the decor feels comfortable and real. They offer gift cards here and it makes for the perfect gift to anyone. What a wonderful experience! I received a facial and a hot stone massage, and loved every minute of it. The spa is inviting and relaxing, smells wonderfully, spotless clean and the staff is great. My facial was great, the extractions were overdue and I'm glad I had it done. Buy my massage! So relaxing the rooms are very inviting by the way, specious, and you don't have to put your stuff on the floor, like inside some other spas. 5 Stars all around. more

I have been going to Mezz for about 2 years now. Just finished my 6 microderm treatments, made my skin looks great and fresh, and gave me the glow I dreamed about. Angela is great, she asked me to write a review when I raved about the spa and their services. So I am doing so - Mezz is awesome, unpretentions, people are professional. The spa is clean and it smells great. Look out for their great specials on facial treatments. more

I have received the best massage of my life with Paula, and have been going there ever since. I have initially gone there, as referred by a friend, because of the pain in my upper back, and shoulder. Paula has helped me so much, and has seen me almost every 2 weeks. I am doing much better now, enjoy going there - a fantastic spa. more

Love their new location in downtown Alpharetta, it is quite quaint, very charming. I go twice a month, and enjoy mostly massages and facials. I treat my husband sometimes for a massage, and he enjoys it too. Great spa, nice staff, excellent services. more

I love going to this spa, the services they offer are amazing. I got a microdermabrasion and a body scrub and my body smelled so good afterwards. Microderm got my face so soft and I will continue with 6 microderms. The spa looks very nice, the staff is really nice too, and professional. more
