I wrote a review a couple of years ago and surprise, surprise, I went to check and found they were back down to 2 reviews from 14 (all were negative except the ones the manager wrote (who at the time was erin ballis))! they are awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they take your $, claim they will back their word, give you free sessions, you will see results or else they will give you more treatments... all of which were not true for us except they took our money. period. so unless you like to fill your schedule (and good for you, they'll make you wait for a long while and well after the appointment time), AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE as i had titled my last review before it ""disappeared""...
