Holly was very nice. One of the few alteration/bridal shops that would alter my drss without having bought it there.
However,
I went in for my final fitting and there was cat poop on the train of my dress. Then my soon to be mother-in-law and I noticed all this cat hair. When we pointed out the poop smell and stain Holly stated that she didn't know how it got there but in the same sentance she said she has a new kitten and the cat jumped on my dress and she sprayed it with water.
The basement where the shop is kept is dirty, the floor is not swept and there are live and dead bugs crawling on the floor.
I would not go back to Holly's and I would not recommend her to alter your dress unless she moves to a shop outside her home.
