Holly is an outstanding woman with rare talent, and she passionately loves her business. She is friendly, helpful, and not pushy in the least. She truly wants you to find the dress that is PERFECT for YOU, and she bends over backwards to make that happen. Her prices are very competitive with stores carrying the same quality of dresses. The selection of dresses is unparalleled - it is a MUST SEE. The dresses have 'personality' unlike other commercial bridal shops. I tried on 8-10 gowns and LOVED 6 of them. The dress I ultimately chose was not just 'a dress' - it was THE dress. Many people at my wedding said it was the most beautiful gown they had ever seen. My groom actually cried when he saw me coming down the aisle, I was so beautiful!! I looked more stunning than I ever could have imagined and I felt like a princess. Concerning kimberlyak's comment - this shop is not dirty. The gowns are extremely well kept, and they are always hanging in zipped bags when Holly is altering them. My gown was pristine and I left it there until the week prior to my wedding. If you want individualized service and THE dress, not just a dress, Holly's is the boutique for you. more

Holly was very nice. One of the few alteration/bridal shops that would alter my drss without having bought it there. However, I went in for my final fitting and there was cat poop on the train of my dress. Then my soon to be mother-in-law and I noticed all this cat hair. When we pointed out the poop smell and stain Holly stated that she didn't know how it got there but in the same sentance she said she has a new kitten and the cat jumped on my dress and she sprayed it with water. The basement where the shop is kept is dirty, the floor is not swept and there are live and dead bugs crawling on the floor. I would not go back to Holly's and I would not recommend her to alter your dress unless she moves to a shop outside her home. more

when i pulled up to her driveway, now knowing that her store was going to be in her basement, i thought im just going to be wasting this woman's time because im not going to find anything here. But, once we met her we knew we were in the right place. Her store isnt big, but she has a good selection of wedding dresses. I couldnt believe it, but my perfect dress was only the second one i tried on! my fiance still doesnt understand how i could only go to only one store and have already found my dress. As for the owner, she is the only employee and she takes each appointment. She gives you as much time as you need. She has also been designing her own dresses, i think she still makes them upon request, since she was 19. She is very very knowledgeable about every aspect of the dresses. She also carries bridesmaid dresses, and can order in any dress if you find the dress somewhere else, and has hair accessories. This was a great experience and Im glad i didnt end up going to some big store! oh and you can find great deals on great dresses! more
