We used Roto-Rooter in the past for a minor problem and because of the plumber (Butch) and his honesty, knowledge and quality work I called this morning when I had a different plumbing problem. To my surprise it was Butch that came to the rescue. Once again he was very knowledgable and fixed our problems yet again. The people on the phone are also very friendly when you call for an appointment. Overall another great experience and for me having someone honest who does quality work cannot be beat. Thanks again!
