I wanted to send a note of appreciation regarding the prompt service I received today. I have a 2005 Kia Sorento that we purchased from there and bring in for regular service. The air conditioning compressor went out last night and of course I panicked wondering how long I would be driving around without air conditioning. My husband is out of town so I am the solo driver for the next few days. I called Hiro last night to see if we could get the car in today and he assured me that it would not be a problem. The car was dropped off this morning and he called me around 11:00am to let me know it was all done. He checked out what things would be covered under the extended warranty, which included the compressor. I was prepared to pay a small fortune to have this work done and it turned out to be reasonable. A big thank you to Hiro and the mechanics that worked on my car, I truly appreciate it. One less stressor in my day!! more
