I was referred to Scott Clark the general manager of Earnhardt Kia thru a friend. When I read the reviews on this site I was a little hesitant about going to see him but I was almost out of options. So I decided to try my luck. I am a single mother and fell on some hard times I need a solid car for a reasonable payment. I live all the way in Mesa and was nervous about driving 40 miles to north Phoenix and finding out there would be nothing he could do for me. Upon arriving at the dealership I was treated by a salesman David Bailey I asked for Scott and he brought me inside and sat me down and offered my kids and I all a cold bottle of water and fresh popcorn. I was impressed without even knowing who I was or what I was there for of the level of professionalism and courtesy we were showed. Scott came over and introduced himself to me and the kids which I thought was very nice after explaining my situation to him for about 15 minutes he said to relax and he will make this difficult situation very easy for me. He had David take me out and show me vehicles that I never thought I would be able to afford I came in looking for a used car and he was able to send me out in a brand new 2013 Kia optima for a payment less than I thought I would be on a used vehicle. This was by far the best experience I have ever had not only buying a car but buying anything. I would recommend buying a car from Scott,Dave and the entire Earnhardt Kia family from the minute I walked in to the time I walked out everyone was very nice to not only me but my kids also. The Earnhardt motto is no bull well this was truly a NOBULL experience thank you Scott. more

This was the worst experience in my life. Scott Clark is by far the most narcissistic white trash con artist I have ever met. Shame on Earnhardt for having such an abusive tyrant as a GM. Anyone who buys a car here is supporting the sleaziest dealership by far in the business. more

Little hassle, very honest 7/20/2011

Little hassle, very honest, in/out in less than 3 hrs even after test-driving 2 vehicles. Went back 10 days later to talk to them about getting the same deal for my sister-in-law. Did an even better deal in less than an hour. They even drove the car to Tempe, had her sign the papers on her lunch break, and that was that. I highly recommend talking to Joe Vassias. more

I wanted to send a note of appreciation regarding the prompt service I received today. I have a 2005 Kia Sorento that we purchased from there and bring in for regular service. The air conditioning compressor went out last night and of course I panicked wondering how long I would be driving around without air conditioning. My husband is out of town so I am the solo driver for the next few days. I called Hiro last night to see if we could get the car in today and he assured me that it would not be a problem. The car was dropped off this morning and he called me around 11:00am to let me know it was all done. He checked out what things would be covered under the extended warranty, which included the compressor. I was prepared to pay a small fortune to have this work done and it turned out to be reasonable. A big thank you to Hiro and the mechanics that worked on my car, I truly appreciate it. One less stressor in my day!! more

Our Hyundai blew an engine so I called Bell Road Kia about trading the dead car for a new one - no problem. Our salesperson showed me the cars I was interested in, he did not try to upsell me into a car I did not want and was happy to start the paperwork for our new Spectra5 after we decided to buy it. As it was late, we drove the car home unwashed and nearly empty of gas, next morning I brought over the car, they washed it and filled the tank. During the financing part of our transaction I was told what our interest rate would be, and that is what we are paying. I requested a payment date that started 40 days after we bought the car and got that, nice because we were able to skip a payment on the Hyundai and so we had no car payment for a bit more than a month. All in all, our experience was very positive. During our phone interview from Kia, we ranked everything from the salesperson to our new car as outstanding. more

For some years now I have been buying cars from Big Bell Road Kia and finally today I do what I should have done long ago. I want to say thanks to the Service Department and all the folks at the dealership. The service director really went the extra mile to correct a problem with my Kia. I had shopped around my issue and heard a dozen different fixes and costs to repair the transmission problem which one independent garage assured me was a particular part - that was no longer covered by warranty. Well the part in question was fine and the part that proved bad was covered by warranty. The last car we purchased here required us to roll over a loan into the new vehicle cost, Big Bell Road Kia worked with us then making us happy and again this week they exceeded my expectations. We are looking forward to buying a Kia Soul with them in the future. more

Last Sunday we had the extreme pleasure of buying a car for our daughter from Elena. We really had no intention of purchasing that day,nor were we set on Kia. We had just begun searching and since it was a third car , there were budgetary constraints. Elena was patient, knowledgeable,creative and an absolute pleasure. We ended up driving off the lot with a brand new Sol sport and a daughter who was tickled pink. Elena's salesmanship and professionalism played a tremendous role in our making an immediate decision (something we never do). Thank you for a great experience. more
