This is the second time in a few years I have needed to call on Schaefer's. They are always punctual and friendly. Lou was very helpful in the office. He explained the possible problems clearly and called back right away during a very busy season. As always, Eric is intelligent, knowledgeable, and efficient, and very pleasant to deal with, too. I really don't understand some of these reviews: there is some kind of history there that isn't getting mentioned and it's too bad it impacts the scores. I wouldn't consider switching to any other pool service. I am extremely happy with their work and I recommend them highly.
