I was not to sure about doing business with schaefers because of its reviews but when searching the big green egg I found that they were the only retail place locally that sold them. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. I visited the store 2 times before purchasing the bbq & was treated very nicely both times. They even offered to deliver my purchase for me since I could not fit it in my car. I would deffinatly shop there again.
