I went in to Brown's for an estimated after there was an accident and they were really prompt to be able to see me and provide a number for me. They were really flexible too, as I ran into some problems with the insurance company, yet they were able to work with me when I needed them. When I was ready to have the work done, I made an appointment with them, and it was really easy to get in touch and deal with them.
The repair work was really good. There was one thing I noticed that needed to get adjusted, so I just went back to them, pointed it out, and they fixed it. They were a pleasure to deal with.
