I've been taking my car to Brown's Auto & Collision Center for almost as long as I've lived in Chapel Hill, which has been eleven years now. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The crew at Brown's is honest and cheerful in their demeanor, dependable and reasonable in their work and rates. They are just great people. Brown's mechanics are excellent, and always able to resolve any issues with my vehicle. Most recently, they replaced a part having to do with the air intake, so that I would pass inspection. They do everything, including body work, and are the most knowledgeable group I've ever worked with. I'm completely satisfied. more

I went in to Brown's for an estimated after there was an accident and they were really prompt to be able to see me and provide a number for me. They were really flexible too, as I ran into some problems with the insurance company, yet they were able to work with me when I needed them. When I was ready to have the work done, I made an appointment with them, and it was really easy to get in touch and deal with them. The repair work was really good. There was one thing I noticed that needed to get adjusted, so I just went back to them, pointed it out, and they fixed it. They were a pleasure to deal with. more

When you enter Brown's Auto & Collision Center, expect nothing less than the best! They make it clear that your vehicle needs are important to them. They form relationships with their clients, built on trust and integrity. As for their quality of work, the proof is in the pudding! They live up to their reputation, proving that they are of superior quality. I have seen the excellence in their craft. And most importantly, at B.A.C.C., they understand that sometimes in life accidents happen. Because of that understanding, they are always there to help with the restoration process. more

Ive been going to Browns since the 90's! I love them! Quality work that is done in a timely fashion. No hold ups or let downs. Accurate and to the point customer service w/o all the extra run around most companies give. Mr.Brown offered me free pinstripes on my Acura because he said he thought it looked good. HE WAS RIGHT! I received several services including re-attachment of my front bumper at about a 85% discount because they understand hard times. I WILL NOT go anywhere else...it just wouldn't be right! more

Get It In Writing 9/15/2009

Great technicians do first class body repairs and paint, but attention to detail on mechanical work leaves a lot to be desired. What can you do but pay -- they have your car... Pros: Excellent bodywork Cons: Verbal commitments can't be trusted more

Friendly, Fair-Priced, and Honest 5/20/2009

I was recommended Brown's by a friend and I would now recommend them to another. Friendly, patient, and they charged less for my timing belt replacement than a lot of other places would. Pros: they give a fair deal and seem honest and personable more
