Terrible Experience on Carburetor replacement.
1. Said it would be done by noon on a certain day and wasn't. Had to beg for it to be done that same day because we have to work the next day.
2. Came in to pick up the car and cost 400! We were quoted at 250. Then has the nerve to say so many customers have this same issue? No kidding?
3. Told we needed to speak english better before he can explain what happened with the car!?!?! This was so insulting. The man speaks on and on and his language is so garbled it's hard to understand him. How can he insult an immigrant of 30+ years?!? What a scumbag.
Use Herman's Automotive. He knows how to treat people and isn't a cheat!!
