Terrible Experience on Carburetor replacement. 1. Said it would be done by noon on a certain day and wasn't. Had to beg for it to be done that same day because we have to work the next day. 2. Came in to pick up the car and cost 400! We were quoted at 250. Then has the nerve to say so many customers have this same issue? No kidding? 3. Told we needed to speak english better before he can explain what happened with the car!?!?! This was so insulting. The man speaks on and on and his language is so garbled it's hard to understand him. How can he insult an immigrant of 30+ years?!? What a scumbag. Use Herman's Automotive. He knows how to treat people and isn't a cheat!! more

Are we happy our good friends recommended this team! Fairly new to the area we've had a few run-ins with the game players and high charges...These folks are not only highly knowledgeable and professional, They really care! They installed a new radiator - with new anti freeze, at half the price quoted from others and the icing on the cake was - they took care of a number of other concerns they spotted without even charging us. Honestly felt like we were working with our family Doctor who fixes the problem and then proceeds to give preventative advice. Really felt totally comfortable all around with these guys - and very easy on the wallet! Two thumbs up! Thanks guys. You'll be seeing much of us with both our cars.
