I did not know Edward's father. However, I found my experience with Edward to be excellent! He is a very honest, personable man who knows his business very well. I rented a Rug Doctor from the store and the machine was in mint condition. When you deal with him, you know you are being heard!!! That's why we keep on going back to Warshaw.
