We have lived right around the corner from Rico's for over 7 years. This use to be one of our favorite places to eat but lately, the service and quality just hasn't been the same. The last 2 times we went we had to wait about 20 minutes before we were waited on. Had they been busy, I could have understood but they weren't. When we finally received our food, it was cold and 2 of our orders were wrong. When we asked if they could fix the orders the waitress acted as if we were inconveniencing her. While waiting on our food once again my toddler stuck the salt and pepper shakers in his mouth so when our food was brought out again I told the waiter so he could take them off the table so no one else would use them. He looks at them, turns around and places them on the table behind us. Yes, he understood english because he spoke to us in english. I told my husband that I don't care how convenient the place is, it isn't what it use to be and I don't want to go back. I know the old managers that were running Rico's left and are managing another restaurant nearby which has all the qualities that the old Rico's had and more. Goes to show good management does make a difference!
