New to the area, so I thought I would try PAWS it is close to my house and a nice looking building. When I called and made the appointment they were nice on the phone and gave me prices when I asked for them. The experience was fine at the clinic until check out. I had a lot of charges that they had not told me about on my bill. They price shopped close to the other clinics in the area but in reality were much more expensive than the other clinics in the area. I will not be going back for that reason and also when I called in to ask them a question later I was put on hold for over 10 min before I gave up.
