PAWS - Hidden charges and hard to get on the phone 6/8/2011

New to the area, so I thought I would try PAWS it is close to my house and a nice looking building. When I called and made the appointment they were nice on the phone and gave me prices when I asked for them. The experience was fine at the clinic until check out. I had a lot of charges that they had not told me about on my bill. They price shopped close to the other clinics in the area but in reality were much more expensive than the other clinics in the area. I will not be going back for that reason and also when I called in to ask them a question later I was put on hold for over 10 min before I gave up. more

Best Vet Ever!!! 3/29/2011

We could not possibly be more happy with PAWS. After a not so great experience at a different vet we decided to make a change for our new puppy and are so happy we did. They are always available and remember our dogs name every time we call. Most importantly for me they always take as much time as needed to explain everything. The staff are all super nice and very professional. Michelle the Vet is just great! The best reference we could give is our dog. He is the first one we have ever had that can't wait to get in the door when we get to the vet! When we walk in the door he is greeted like a rock star by the staff and he loves it. PAWS Rocks! more
