Please stay away from these thughs. They shouldn't be certified to sell VW vehicles; first of all their sale contracts are very missleading. All they want you to do is sign a document and your DONE. No customer service, no one is ever available, they really don't care about customers. Not only did they sell me unecessary services that suck, but they mess up my paper work and know i have to liens on my title- completely wrong. working on fixing that through VW directly. Big APPLE is a Scam, not to mentioned they have currently a law suit againts them 1:11-cv-01950
