I wrote a review about this place over a year ago, criticizing it's lack of cleanliness (insect problems, which remained a problem despite numerous unanswered calls to the main office), it's general dysfunctions (such as the outlets hanging out of the wall that were ""going to be fixed within a week"" of moving in, but were instead charged against my security deposit despite more unanswered calls), and the overall inept manner with which the company itself was run.
it seems funny that similar reviews to mine (most of which corroborated what i'm saying, with some adding more issues) have all been deleted, leaving this company with a 4 star citysearch rating. when i left my review, there were many more reviews posted, and the overall level was 3 stars. me thinks perhaps the company has a hand in removing the negative reviews, while posting their own positive ones to counterbalance the truth. so rent here if you're cool with bugs, no service, and a landlord who frankly doesn't care whether or not you're happy as long as he gets your money.
