Never shopping @ Best Buy again. I've been on hold for for nearly 1.5 hours from 8:10 - 9:30 pm. This is inexcusable. I purchased a PS3 Console Call of Duty Bundle; which comes with a $50 gift certificate. There were 3 in stock at the store, planned to have my dad pick it up after I ordered it via phone. I was told by best buy customer service that it would be ready in about 45 minutes. Hours later I still haven't received a confirmation letting me know that it was ready. I called, and they put me on hold until after the store closed.. and still no one responded. more
