I agree with the others. It is a waste of one star for these clowns. In Kent county Maryland this group bought Bay Broadband and immediately began stripping it. You could see customer service nosediving right away. Technical support was nearly nonexistent. The only person who ever helped us was our sales agent who was replaced in December by a worthless forwarding process to a person who knew absolutely nothing and was never available. We waited around as long as we could to see if they got their act together but we recently gave up. I wish another company would come into town and give these guys some decent competition.It would be easy to run them out of town. So save your money and frustration!!
