I have to agree with one of the previous posts by Elaedus. I purchased a Bike in November and paid cash for it. I had to go in for almost five months and obtain the paper tags that they love to give. I got in an argument with one of the guys because he was telling me that the original plate was left on my bike! If this gut can't remember a face of a customer, how will he remember if an original plate was left on a bike. It took so long to get my new plate and title, a police officer friend of mine had to run the VIN to make sure the bike was not stolen. I went in to purchase a helmet with a 15% off voucher that On The Border provides when purchasing a bike and the lady overcharged me on that too. I started to argue with her but with it being ""Black Friday"" after Thanksgiving I just left and came back the following Monday. The attention before and during the sell is great! It is how you are treated after they have your money is where they need improvement! more
