I visited this tiny Mom & Pop store to fill a script for a brace.
After overcoming the marathon to get the brace specs, and giving them all the info they needed, I asked them to process the Order. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM so called a half dozen times. Finally got a NASTY woman on the phone who made it clear that it was MY OBLIGATION to keep calling the store to ascertain when their person who processes these orders is is the store. Even consulted the Manager, Pam, who copped the same ""YOU COME TO US, WE DONT COME TO YOU"" attitude.
This is why they are no longer in the pharmacy biz.
Completely DISORGANIZED, MISMANAGED.
