Every time I have been to Ihoff I have had a great experience. I have stayed with the same stylist, Sunni, for 4 years now when before I was changing stylists all of the time. If I have needed to reschedule or need certain services they are always helpful and answer my questions. They seem to understand what service means unlike most businesses out there these days....
