Talk about feeling helpless! We didn't know what to do when my wife and I woke up and the toilet and bathtub were both overflowing and we both had to leave for work in an hour. My first instinct when calling a plumber is to call Roto-Rooter, and boy am I glad I did. The operator responded back to us in under 5 MINUTES (which in toilet-overflowing time is still a long, long time but hey, you can't beat that!). Shawn was on the premises at our Virginia Beach home off of Princess Anne Rd. in less than 5 minutes from that. He was quick to get to the "root" of the problem and was totally professional and calm. He saved the day and worked with us on a price which was unbelievably fair. I would certainly endorse Roto-Rooter and believe me, I'll be calling them in the future for all of my plumbing emergencies! Dave J.
