I really don't get why some people trash Massage Envy. It's a chain, and it's not a spa - it's a place to get massage therapy at reasonable rates. I go regularly because I sit at a computer too much and my shoulders are jacked up, and their deep tissue massages really help me out. I've had a membership for almost a year, and have had consistently good massages and customer service. I went to one therapist for a while, but since she left to go back to school, I've just taken whoever's available, and the results have been very consistent. The place is very clean (I've been to Cherry Creek, Tamarac, and Boulder) and I haven't had problems with noise either (granted, I'm not a special snowflake about such things - I might not notice unless there was a bulldozer out there). If you have a preference for a particular therapist, or male v. female, they will happily accomodate you; I always get women therapists, but haven't had any problems with any of them.
Anyway, if you're looking for decent massages at reasonable rates, don't let any of the bad reviews scare you away; if you want some kind of ultimate pampering experience don't expect to get it for $39/hr.
