I started out trying to get a loan with a loan officer named Bill, he never returned calls and was very unprofessional! He left or got fired (thank goodness) and had a wonderful expierence with Paul. I got the loan, moved all my accounts over and have been extremely happy ever since. There have been no outrageous fees and all the employees there are as helpful as ever!
