When my fiance and I moved to West Duluth we were excited to be in the delivery zone for Hugo's...that changed quickly. The last three times we've ordered haven't been real impressive. The last time we ordered which will be the last time we even consider them again was horrible. Not only did we wait over and hour and a half for a couple cheeseburgers...upon calling to see the status of the delivery, the female provided no apology and instead an ""it's on the way,"" CLICK. When our food finally did arrive it was obvious it had sat out way too long. Coleslaw and dips made to be cold were as warm as soup, onion rings and french fries were soggy and the cheeseburgers were distgusting. We will never be ordering from Hugo's again.
