beware...parked my truck in the rear of a supermarket...to grab a few items..total time in store 15-20 minutes...when i returned my truck was gone!!!this is quite a scam these guys have going,i was charged $130.75 to retrieve my truck which was towed to there yard,which is less than 4 miles from where they took my truck!!!by the way..supermarket employee had tow company name&telephone number readily available for me upon request...uuummm??????is this really legal????am not from the cambridge area,can only tell that i was on essex st pretty much at the corner of mass ave....both the store& pats towing are working together to scam people...my truck was towed out of this stores parking lot while i was shopping in their store...and they have the balls to tell me ""ite s not our parking lot""bullshit hope this post helps someone else from getting screwed by these guys!!!!!
