I had a problem with my toilet where it wouldn't flush anymore. They arrived within a few minutes of the start of the window and got the job done. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I told them I had a coupon; they forgot to ask for it and I forgot to give it to them. Oh well -- at least the problem was solved. I would recommend them even though it was rather expensive.
