We had a very good experience with Tom the inspector, as well as the workers that came out to do the work, and I apologize I cannot remember their names but one was Gary I think and the other a Spanish name. Our only complaint at this point in time is that after they left we realized that they broke a vinyl cap on our balcony fence and never mentioned it. When we called your company they put us in touch with Ishmael who said he was going to take care of it, and was having some difficulty getting the part so he said he would come by our home and get the cap to make sure he ordered the right part (as it would have to be ordered I guess...Ganahl did not keep it in stock). He has not come by to this point and he said he would come by yesterday. I phoned and left a text message today, but we are moving as of this Thursday, so I feel it will not be done or handled as he said he would and the new owners of our house will be left with this broken cap that shouldn't be their problem. I hope you will still follow-up on this for us. Even if we have to tell the new owners of the situation and that a new cap will be forthcoming.
