I've been a resident at Gender Park for nearly 12 years. I find it to be a very friendly community. The grounds are just beautiful and well kept. Keep in mind that any condo complex has it's problems however, the new board of directors has implemented some new changes to benefit all who live there. They have corrected most of the problems that existed when they were voted into office. The budget was balanced and the new property manager has done an awesome job in a very short period of time to bring the property back to order. No matter where you live you can always have problem people that bring down a community but here at Gender park that is all being turned around. The rules and regulations were put in place to benefit all who choose to call this home. There are a number of units here that are available for sale so come check us out. You'll be surprised at what you see. We have one of the nicest clubhouses in the city with a gym that is very well equipped as well as a pristeen pool. The blockwatch is also an added ammenity to living here and feeling safe. Come and see for yourself!
