I had never heard of this spa until it came across my e-mail as a Living Social deal. Instead of just clicking to buy the deal (seeing as the treatments offered were marked at 75% off), I did a little home work. Not only did I check this site, but also others. \r

I came back to this site and decided to read each user review categorized by the number of stars the reviewer rated. I was especially curious after a previous employee of Bella Beau Medspa only rated the spa as a 2 stars. \r

I sorted by the users who rated the spa with maximum stars. I went to each user’s profile and notice they all had only one review ever written on this site. In my experience, this is typical of someone who either knows the business or is part of the business who wants to boost their user ratings. Not to mention a number of the reviews were written on the same day. \r

I am rating this spa low because the reviews with lower have common complaints and it makes this company appear to practice deceitful behavoir having the high rating it has managed to achieve on this site. I would heed the warnings and go elsewhere.
